School Board Meeting Protocols
Based on recent guidance from the Idaho State Attorney General’s Office, school board meetings are bound by the State of Idaho Stage 2 Stay Healthy Order meaning the ten-person gathering limit and social distancing are required. In order to comply, this meeting scheduled for 5:00 p.m. on January 27, 2021, will be held virtually through Zoom. The TFSD #411 will provide classrooms at Canyon Ridge High School where community members can watch the live stream if desired. Each classroom must not exceed the ten-person limit. For unscheduled delegations wishing to address the Board there are two options:
- Contact the Clerk of the Board, Michelle Lucas, by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 27th to be scheduled to address the Board via Zoom. She can be reached at 208-733-6900.
- Sign up at Canyon Ridge High School prior to the meeting. Speakers will wait in one of the classrooms until called to address the board.
