New Principal Hired for O’Leary Middle School

CampbellThe Twin Falls School District Board of Trustees is pleased to announce Keelie Campbell as the new principal at O’Leary Middle School. The new administrative hire was approved at a special board meeting Tuesday, May 24, 2016.

Campbell has worked in the Jerome School District for the past three years, serving as the Jerome High School Principal for two years and federal programs, grant writer, and interim elementary principal for one year. Campbell started her teaching career in Wendell where she taught seventh and eighth grade math for 15 years and served as the athletic director as well as coaching at high school and middle school levels.

Campbell received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education in 1992 and her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership in 2011 from the University of Idaho. She is currently pursuing an Education Specialist Degree from Boise State University.

“I am excited to join the O'Leary team and put my middle school knowledge and experience to work,” said Campbell. “Having had the opportunity to work with some of the people in the Twin Falls district, I have found them to be excellent educators. I look forward to expanding these opportunities and adding my contributions to the district.”
