New TFHS Volleyball Coach

The Twin Falls School District #411 is pleased to announce Jaclyn Hawkins will be the Head Volleyball Coach at Twin Falls High School for the 2021-22 school year. This decision was approved by the School Board on May 10. Hawkins will fill the role previously held by Andria Harshman

 

Hawkins has most recently served as an assistant volleyball Coach at Thunder Ridge High School in Idaho Falls where she has coached for the past three years. Her Thunder Ridge team came in first at Districts in 2020 and were state champions in 2019. Hawkins has coached club volleyball teams and volleyball camps for 12 years.

“I love the sport of volleyball and hope to help these athletes progress in the sport and as people. I feel honored to be a part of Bruin athletics,” said Hawkins. 

 

Hawkins also has a history as an athlete. She started her career at Shelley High School before competing at the collegiate level. She played volleyball at Idaho State University for five years, ending her collegiate career with an undefeated home season. 

 

“Jaclyn is a dynamic person and is passionate about how she will lead here at Twin Falls High School as the new head volleyball coach,” said Nancy Jones,  Activities Director at Twin Falls High School. “We are thrilled to have her and look forward to her positive impact on our activities program and its athletes.”
