Ms. Hawkes is the counselor for students with the last names starting with A - K.
Mrs. Hawkes has been a counselor at OMS since 2018 and has a Licensed Master of Social Work degree with an emphasis in clinical mental health. She has worked with children and students of all ages in various social work settings over the years, before becoming a school counselor. Mrs. Hawkes loves traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband and two kids.

Mrs. Isaacs is the counselor for students with the last names starting with L-Z.
Mrs. Isaacs joined the O'Leary Middle School counseling team in 2024; she previously worked as the GEAR UP Coordinator at Canyon Ridge High School and Robert Stuart Middle School for eight years, assisting students with college and career preparedness, financial aid, and life skills. She is a Master of Social Work candidate through Boise State University. In her spare time, Mrs. Isaacs is also an instructor at Hive Hot Yoga, teaching classes such as Hot Vinyasa, Yin, Trapeze, & Kiddo Yoga.
