Facility Rental and Use Policy
The Twin Falls School District is dedicated to making its facilities available to the community for educational, cultural, civic, and recreational purposes when not in use for school activities. TFSD Policy 9850 outlines the procedures and regulations for renting district facilities, ensuring the interests of the community and the integrity of the school operations are maintained.
Facilities such as auditoriums, gymnasiums, classrooms, and athletic stadiums can be rented by responsible organizations, provided their activities do not interfere with school operations or compromise the health and safety of participants, and that there are appropriate staff members available to support the rental of the space. The policy includes guidelines on rental fees, insurance requirements, and the need for adequate supervision during events. The district also reserves the right to prioritize school-related activities and to revoke rental privileges if necessary.
