Peachjar emails digital flyers from school and community organizations directly to parents and post them online. Each school has its own Peachjar webpage that parents can view by clicking on their school’s name on this page. 

How does Peach Jar work for nonprofit and community organizations/businesses?

Peachjar provides a flyer management system that sends school-approved flyers directly to parents’ inboxes and posts them online. 

Peachjar’s mission is to provide an effective electronic distribution system for school and community flyers, saving teachers and school staff members valuable time. Once a community organization or business registers with Peachjar, they can upload your flyer and select their desired schools for digital delivery. Their flyer will automatically be sent to the appropriate school district for approval. Once approved, an actual image of their flyer will be delivered directly to parents. And when they include an active link, parents can click straight through to their website! Parents can even share your flyer on social media to encourage sign-ups.

Once a community organization or business registers, and if they have a FREE event, they must contact Peachjar directly for credits in order to upload a flyer free of charge. To utilize this service Email Support to request the application for the Community Free submission. If the organization or business is charging for their event, standard Peachjar fees will apply.

Peach Jar's Community Free Program

Permission will be denied to post or distribute any material that would:

1. Disrupt the educational process;

2. Violate the rights of others;

3. Invade the privacy of others;

4. Infringe on a copyright;

5. Be obscene, vulgar or indecent;

6. Attack ethnic, religious or any racial group (“hate literature”);

7. Promote hostility, disorder, or violence;

8. Promote activities or actions that are contrary to statute, state board rules and regulations, or local school board policies and/or procedures;

9. Proselytize a particular religious or political belief;

10. Invade the rights of others or be libelous;

11. Inhibit the functioning of the school;

12. Advocate interference with the rights of any individual;

13. Favor or oppose any political candidate;

14. Present obscene or pornographic material as defined by prevailing community standards;

15. Promote products or services for commercial purposes that do not significantly contribute to the instructional program, student benefit, or community betterment.

Instructions for Community Organizations and Businesses:

1. Register/Sign Up for an account at Peachjar.com 

2. Click “My Account” and then “Post a Flyer” on the left-hand side

3. Select the schools you wish to post to and proceed to checkout Peach Jar offers free flyer distribution for organizations providing completely free-of-charge events or services to district students. 

Once your flyer is approved by the school district, it is automatically released for distribution every Thursday.  Please keep this in mind if you have an event on the weekend and want to give a week’s notice.  Upload your flyers at least two weeks ahead of your event.

Please remember that you can upload multiple-page flyers and that you can include two-sided flyers with English and Spanish versions in one pdf.

All Peachjar flyers are approved on Thursdays and sent on Fridays.  Flyers need to be uploaded by the end of the day on Wednesday.  Flyers are not sent during winter and spring break.  Flyers are sent during the summer.
