Please have anyone interested in running for TFSD #411 Board of Trustee to stop by the District Office, at 201 Main Ave. West, to pick up proper forms from the Clerk of the Board.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular meetings of the Board of Trustees of the above named school district will hold regular Board meetings January 2020 through January 2021 the second Monday and the fourth Wednesday of each month, with the exception of May, June, August, November, December at 7:00 p.m. at Canyon Ridge High School, room #301, located at 300 North College Road unless otherwise specified below or unless the Board duly cancels any such regular meeting or, by resolution, changes the uniform day of the uniform week designated for regular meetings of the Board. This action represents a change of the formerly adopted schedule of regular meetings and supersedes said former schedule.  

 

The district will adhere to the following dates unless unexpected conflicts occur.  Any date changes will have prior approval of the board and notice of changes will be announced.

Board meetings provide an opportunity for public comment and the public is invited to attend both sessions. Individuals who would like to address the board are invited to do so; however, at least one-week advance notice is required to be placed on the agenda. For information, please contact the Michelle Lucas, Clerk of the Board at 733-6900.

The School District Board Room is accessible to the physically disabled. Interpreters for persons with hearing impairments, and braille or taped information for persons with visual impairments, can be provided upon five days’ notice. For arrangements, contact Human Resources at 733-6900.
