For the month of May, Sources of Strength invites you to join us in focusing on mental health. As we approach the end of the school year, we encourage you to take a moment to check in—with yourself and with one another.
Mental health is a vital part of living a healthy, balanced life—for both our students and ourselves. When someone is struggling, reaching out to a trusted colleague, counselor, or healthcare professional can be a powerful first step toward healing and growth.
Let’s continue building a school environment where mental well-being is a priority, and where no one feels alone in facing life’s challenges.
To show our support, we invite you to wear red and/or your boots on Wednesdays throughout May.

Congratulations to our very own Ms Greenwood who is so deserving of the Secondary Teacher of the Year for the Twin Falls School District.
As stated by administrators, students and parents: "Megan Greenwood is a dynamic and student-centered educator who empowers her students to lead their own learning. Known for her inclusive classroom environment and hands-on teaching methods, Megan creates a space where students are not only welcomed but also inspired. Her student-driven model gives learners ownership of their classroom experience and encourages personal growth alongside academic success. Megan is also the energetic leader of one of the school’s most enthusiastic extracurricular groups—the Pickleball Club. Through her leadership, new students have found belonging, confidence, and new passions."
Ms. Greenwood is a distinguished educator - the Bruins are so blessed to have her teaching science here at TFHS.
