Harrison hosted a wonderful Family Night celebrating the district’s One District – One Book selection, The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane! 📚✨

Each class showcased art projects inspired by the story, while discussion questions outside classrooms invited families to read and respond together. In the cafeteria, students and families enjoyed hands-on crafts, and an obstacle course following Edward’s journey was a big hit! 🐰

With a great turnout and so many smiles, it was an evening to remember. Thank you to the staff and volunteers who helped make this special event possible! 👏💙

If you stopped by Ms. Greenwood’s Astronomy class before spring break, you might have found yourself playing a board game, all in the name of science. 🎲✨

Students worked together to design and create their own games that demonstrated what they’ve learned about topics like Newton’s Laws of Motion and exoplanets. Activities like this show that assessments don’t always have to be written tests. Sometimes the best way to demonstrate deep understanding is through creativity, collaboration, and a little friendly competition.

🎬🌎 Big moment for Twin Falls High School Social Studies!

Students in Mr. Nelson’s classes received a shout-out this week from none other than Carl Azuz during his daily broadcast 🎉on CNN 10, a fast-paced 10-minute news show designed to inform, spark critical thinking, and connect today’s headlines to historical context. (It even helps wake up first hour) Seeing their class named on a national news program certainly got their attention.
