The Bruin High Players will be performing Puffs: Or Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic on September 26,27,29, and 30. As always, the doors to Roper will open at 6:30 PM and the show starts at 7 PM. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for K-12 students, and $35 for a family of 6.

Puffs is a spoof of a story that takes place in a certain magical world where a certain boy wearing glasses with a special scar on his forehead is the star....but what happened to all the side characters while he was saving the world? Puffs answers that question and allows us to look at those seven years through the eyes of the "Puffs"... Does fate love or hate the side characters? This show is a hilarious family friendly comedy. If you love a certain wizarding world, you will LOVE Puffs!

👏 Applause to Glenn Nichols – September Classified Employee of the Month! 👏

Glenn Nichols is a Testing Coordinator at Twin Falls High School, originally from Churubusco, New York. Glenn brings a world of experience to his role — one thing most don't know about him is that he was a reporter, video photographer, and HR manager before he took on his role at TFHS! Now, he’s joined a career in education as a way to give back to the community. 💙

Glenn is inspired by his parents, who raised nine children with compassion, encouragement, and the belief that anything is possible. He’s also deeply grateful for the support and leadership of TFHS administrators, past and present. 🙌

When he's not working, Glenn enjoys reading (perfect for a Testing Coordinator!) and both online and offline gaming. 🎮📚 He dreams of traveling abroad one day.

Glenn hopes to be remembered by the students he’s worked with as someone who saw their true potential — and helped them see it too. As he says:

“I want them to remember Mr. Nichols as a factor that they will remember!”

And his best day on the job? The day he was hired.

“I love my job and the staff that I work with.”

Principal Note:
Glenn is an outstanding employee who consistently goes above and beyond to support the needs of both students and staff. This summer, he took the initiative to personally ensure that our IDLA students and their parents received clear communication about course progress, deadlines, and his availability to provide assistance with content and required tests. He also maintained regular communication with me, our counselors, and IDLA teachers so that everything was well-documented and seamless.
Beyond his professional excellence, Glenn is also an accomplished chef who generously shares his culinary creations with TFHS staff. His generosity, inclusiveness, and thoughtfulness make him one of the most exceptional colleagues I have ever had the privilege of working with.
